My credit card gets charged every month on the same day, and one time I was over my limit and the charge couldnt go thru. They were so nice about things, they emailed me and told me and allowed me 15 days to get my credit card billed paid and then they recharged it. That was really nice of them.

I won a free gift, cause they had this drawing in their user forums, and I was the lucky winner. I got a free cd-burner. That was also very good thing they are doing.

One time i even got a email from them just asking about how the service was.

They also have this live chat feature, so if you want a question asked you can get it done right away. This is not your one server company the is selling way to many accounts on one server like my last host, these guy are the real deal."
